Upholding the spirit of giving, Ranju was established in March 2020 to empower and enrich the lives of socially and educationally backward class of citizen.
At present, Ranju has a dynamic and dedicated team. Coming with varied experiences, we all share one thing in common – the mindset to help others. We are one in our mission to lift as many people as possible from poverty, backwardness and inequality. We deeply believe that none of us is completely empowered as long as all of us is empowered.
Dhruv Manchanda is a social entrepreneur who has been actively working towards sustainable mobility with a renowned Indian startup. Brought up in a middle class family that has always prioritised charity over celebrations on birthdays and anniversaries, he has been part of various initiatives focused towards eradicating extreme poverty.
To honor the legacy of his father Sh. Rajeev Manchanda and to further promote the ‘Spirit of Giving’, he has now founded Ranju.
Having worked with various companies, Tanvi comes with experience in digital marketing and research and is recognized as a passionate gender equality advocate.
At Ranju, she is actively involved in implementing new ideas that strengthen and grow local communities along with organizing NGO networking and capacity building programs. She is always trying to bring in help from not just friends and families but also efficiently running collaborations with other organizations who believe in similar causes as Ranju and promoting welfare for society.
Shlok has been motivated with the idea of giving back to the community since childhood because he has always believed that the happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more. After a brief career in the financial sector, he started his own venture in the hospitality industry.
At Ranju, he has been using his skills to raise funds and align people to our mission with the sole purpose of serving people in need and having a bigger impact on society.
Mansi is an experienced finance professional and has always found her strength in networking/assisting people. She has always been keen on offering her voluntary services to counsel senior citizens and provide them with food, medicines or company. Intrigued by the challenges faced by the underprivileged, she aspires to grow RANJU exponentially and internationally. She strongly believes that if we can’t feed a hundred people, we should start with one.
